    I really like these frames. They seem a little fragile, but I do believe they are titanium and pretty sturdy. Still getting used to my new script, but so far so good. Wish they had clip on sun shapes.

    I’ve had these for almost a month and had to return to store for additional adjustment. While I love the color and style, they seemed loose and a bit crooked. The tech adjusted them for fit but now having issues with progressives.

  • It is impossible to return or contact cust svc

    The glasses are fine in and of themselves The problem is that prescription, from another vision store, is incorrect. I'm trying to arrange a return or exchange; however, when i call customer service, it disconnects by the second ring. I've tried calling 5 times. So i went to the FAQs on the website. It offers two options to arrange a return or exchange -- call the number that disconnects every incoming call or use chat. So i tried using chat 3 times. Unfortunately, the link to "chat" takes you back to the FAQ page, which does not have a "chat" function or option (besides offering a "chat" link to the FAQ home page). Consequently, i have no option but to charge back the glasses with my credit card company and to never use Warby Parker again.
