Extra Wide = Comfort
Best fit ever, right out of the box. The try on feature was a great and helpful in deciding which frame to buy. So glad WP was in-network 💯

These are the best frames I've ever purchased. Great fit, affordable, durable, stylish. I've gotten complimented on them many times since I've gotten them.
I got my frames and had them adjusted and since then they are unwearable. Tried to come in as told and the adjuster was on dinner and I would be put on a list. Unacceptable. If they didn’t rush the first time I would not have this problem.
They fit perfect from the get go. These are awesome. I love them
I couldn't be happier with my new glasses. I bought two pair and each is as perfect as the other. The fit, the frames and the lens are all just right. I didn't need to make any adjustments. the frames are light so there's not wear and tear on my nose, and are lovely. Going back soon to get some sunglasses!
Light weight, as if you don’t have them on in fact. Sleek style & design.
Terrible service. I went to the Studio City location last year straight from the eye doctor with my new prescription and handed it to the worker. He entered it in to their system and when my new glasses arrived, the prescription was so off that I felt nauseous when I put them on. Long story short, I went back 3 times and the worker insisted maybe I had the wrong prescription from my doctor. I didn't. They offered my 50% off after I requested some sort of reimbursement for all the back and forth and my time and gas. I ended up getting stuck with my glasses for a year. I just went back to my eye doctor for an updated prescription and explained to him how the glasses make me feel. He told me to bring them in and he would test them. Sure enough, the junior achiever at WP entered a super strong prescription in my left eye and he, indeed made the mistake. I brought the glasses back in to WP and they double checked and confirmed that it was entered wrong. . That's 4 errors in a row. Stop giving away free pairs and make sure we get what we pay for!
I LOVE my Warby Parker glasses! Fantastic fit. So comfortable. And BEST OF ALL, each single prescription was only $95…so I got a separate pair of readers (in fact, two pair) and a distance pair, as well. I cannot say enough good things about this, especially after a prior experience of buying two pair of glasses that cost me almost $600. Wow! you have a customer for life!
