    Confident

    The frame is lightweight even with my progressive strong prescription that at the end of the day have no ear or nose rubbing irritation. The look and eas of wearin them makes me feel confident. Definitely recommend this style.

    We have been challenged getting the transitions right on the lenses. I wouldn’t blame the staff for getting frustrated. Instead they were friendly and very responsive while we ordered another attempt. They said if this doesn’t work to come back and we will keep working on it. I’m very happy with their support.

  • Extremely disappointed

    Not great at the progressives prescriptions at all. Brought in prescription, was measured, glasses came in and measurements were off. Took them back - had to wait another 15 days to get glasses back and the prescription is now worse. Blur in every direction. I will be returning this second pair.
