    My exam and glasses are satisfactory, however, the process of submitting the claim for out of network reimbursement has been a “nightmare “! I was assured three different times that you submitted my claim successfully to my carrier. Not done. I ultimately had to submit the out of network claim myself. Very disappointed!

    I bought my frames online and was amazed at how clear the lenses were compared to my old glasses which didn't have all the nice coatings on them. I needed to get them adjusted and went to the local Warby Parker store. What a boutique experience, compared to other eyeglass vendors.
