Don’t let your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) dollars go to waste. Put ’em to good use on Warby Parker prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, and eye exams.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.
Warby Parker accepts FSA and HSA dollars for prescription eyewear purchases, which include prescription eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, progressives, readers, and contact lenses. You can also use them towards eye exams (including contact lens fittings), as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card. Guess what else? If you want blue-light-filtering lenses added to any pair of prescription glasses, your FSA or HSA should work for that, too!
You also may be able to have the cost of our Prescription Check services covered. Check with your carrier to see if you're eligible.
If you would like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please call us at 888.492.7297, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET daily. We’re happy to set that up.
First, double-check the balance on your FSA account.
You can place an order online, using your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card, or by giving us a ring at 888.492.7297, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET daily. Make sure you have an up-to-date prescription and a pupillary distance, which can be measured here. Contacting doctors is tricky this time of year because many of their offices are closed, so it’s best to have your prescription ready at checkout.
Helpful tip: We aren’t able to process payment until we have all of your prescription information, so be sure to keep an eye out for emails about missing information once you place your order.
If your benefits expire at the end of the year, you have until Monday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET to place an order with us using your FSA dollars. Be sure to double-check with your carrier for details on your plan.
If you first want to find the perfect pair through a Home Try-On, we recommend you order one sooner rather than later! (That way you can have enough time to decide on a winner before the cut-off time.)
Yes, you abso-toot-ly can.
Yes! If you’d like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please reach out via chat or call us at 888.492.7297, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET daily. We’re happy to set that up!
A few of our retail locations offer eye exams, and your FSA or HSA will cover the cost. You can also see if you’re eligible to have your prescription updated through our Prescription Check services, which are available in-store and through our app. Be sure to double-check with your carrier to see if you’re eligible to have the cost of our Prescription Check services covered by your FSA or HSA.
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear, so we are happy to exchange your frames for a different pair if you aren’t satisfied. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. Unlike HSA, FSA funds must be used during a defined time period. For some insurance plans, your funds will be forfeited if you request a refund.
