What is myopia?

It’s a condition found in 40% of U.S. children ages 5—19, and the primary symptom is nearsightedness.4 As time goes by, the eyes of a child with myopia become longer, causing distant objects to look blurry. And, if it’s not addressed, it will worsen as they get older.

MiSight® 1 day process

Here’s the MiSight® 1 day process

  • Your child’s optometrist will create a treatment plan that includes fitting them for soft contact lenses and will assess their progress in the first few months—making adjustments to their treatment as needed.
  • After that, a doctor will check in on your child’s progress every six months to a year.
  • All your child has to do is wear MiSight® 1 day contact lenses until there are no more changes in their vision.
