  • Problem from techs to customer service beware

    Received my new sunglasses . Spent $495 on them was going on vacation next day. They are progressive lenses which I’ve had many time but this pair was off. I was close to a Warby Parker in manhasett Long Island. Told a male at register the problem. On top of being very obnoxious to me also to my friend I was with. Asking questions like we didn’t know what we were talking about. He took glasses says he fixed them for me and said it will take 3 weeks to get use too? Hm I said I’ve been wearing progressive lens for sometime now. Took them on vacation and there still not right!! I would not purchase from them the techs are not good at getting lens correct.

  • Sunglasses temple adjustment

    Love the frames. Have been getting lots of compliments! Also, needed to have temples adjusted, they were too long for my head. I stopped in and was there and gone in 5 minutes. The clerk heated and curved the backs perfectly, she patiently adjusted them till I was satisfied. She had a positive vibe, great attitude and very concerned I be happy!

    The size of the frames has changed drastically. They are measurably smaller both across the breadth of the face as well as the length of the temples. The sizes of the lenses are now larger as well.
