Yes, you can. Here’s a list of the insurance carriers Warby Parker partners with. If Warby Parker is considered out-of-network, you can still save an average of $100. You’ll simply apply for reimbursement from them after checkout. 
You can also use a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) on progressive sunglasses so long as the account is affiliated with a major credit card.
