    I accidentally scratched a lens not long after I received them. I called ro see if I could get a replacement lens. The customer service rep pleasant and explained that since I was within the 6 month scratched warranty, Warby Parker would ship me a new pair at no charge. She emailed UPS shipping label to me. I returned damaged pair in the box that new pair was in. I wear progressive lens, vision is good and I love the fit. I highly recommend Warby Parker.

    I really love these RX Sunglasses. I can see so well with these. They are dark, which I really like for bright sunny days, and my vision is very clear. The frames are light weight and look very expensive. The blue lenses help keep colors true while protecting and blocking out the brightness.

  • Wrong glasses

    You sent me the wrong glasses I had to drive 45 minutes away to get to closest store! People helping me were great, they expedited the order that was 12 days ago, and I still have not received them. This is very frustrating in the middle of summer!
