Can I still order a Home Try-On?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! We’re ending our Home Try-On program soon, in the last week of October, but you still have time to order a box of five frames.

Once you’ve selected your five optical frames, we’ll mail them to you—and you’ll have five days to take them for a spin before sending them back to us.
Shipping is free both ways, and it usually takes about 5–7 business days for your Home Try-On order to be delivered.

Why is Warby Parker ending the Home Try-On program?

When we launched Warby Parker back in 2010, we were one of the first brands in the U.S. to sell glasses online, directly to consumers. We didn’t have stores yet, so our Home Try-On program was our unique way of giving customers a way to try on our frames before purchasing.

Thanks to the support of our customers, and their belief in our mission, we’ve been able to transform how people shop for glasses—which has fueled our business and enabled us to grow and evolve in exciting ways. Now, we have more ways than ever before for people to for people to try on our frames:

Does Warby Parker take insurance?

Yes, we do! We partner (and are considered in-network) with several vision insurance providers. And even if we’re out of network, you can still save an average of $100—you’ll just have to apply for reimbursement after checkout.

How long will it take to get your glasses?

Accepted Answer

Most Warby Parker glasses will reach you within 5–7 business days after your prescription and billing information is approved. Certain eyeglasses orders, including those with specialty lenses, may take a bit longer, sometimes up to 10 business days. If you’d like your glasses faster, you can add expedited shipping during checkout, which may reduce turnaround time.
Keep in mind, however, that these timelines vary and are subject to change.

How does Warby Parker Home Try-On work?

It’s simple.
1. You pick five frames that are eligible for Home Try-On.
2. We send the frames to you, fitted with non-prescription lenses, for free. You’ll have five days with the frames so you can take your time deciding which you love most.
3. You return those frames using the free, preprinted return label that’s included.
4. Once you’ve returned your try-on frames, you can order the ones you like most with your prescription and any other features you’d prefer.

What kinds of lenses does Warby Parker offer?

Warby Parker offers several lens features and materials with our eyeglasses, including:

• Lens prescription types: Single vision, progressives, readers, and non-prescription lenses.
• Lens materials: Polycarbonate and high-index.
• Other lens features: Anti-fatigue, blue-light-filtering, and light-responsive.
Features available may vary by frame. Take note that our sunglasses also come with other lens features, such as polarization.

Warby Parker eyeglasses come with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth and a protective case. But we offer other accessories, too, including several cases and the Clean My Lenses Kit.

Yes, you can! Warby Parker offers free returns within 30 days for eyewear—including prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses—and accessories.
