Proclear® Contacts FAQs

Developed and manufactured by CooperVision®, Proclear® contact lenses are formulated to soothe the dry eyes and irritation some contact lens wearers experience. Designed with CooperVision®’s PC Technology™, which binds water to the lenses, these contacts help eyes feel hydrated and comfortable all day.
Proclear® contacts come in daily or monthly versions and are available as single-vision, toric, and multifocal lenses for most prescription needs.
Proclear® contact lenses are made by CooperVision®, a globally trusted manufacturer—. An industry leader in scientific and technological advancements, CooperVision® prides itself in being able to provide contacts for just about any lifestyle, budget, and vision need. Other popular CooperVision® brands include Biofinity® and Clariti®.
People with most common vision issues can enjoy clear vision and comfort with Proclear® contacts.
  • Myopia or hyperopia: Proclear single-vision contacts (which also come in a daily disposable version) provide clear eyesight for those with myopia (nearsightedness) or hyperopia (farsightedness).
  • Astigmatism: Proclear® toric contact lenses correct astigmatism and are specially designed to stay in the correct position on the eye. Proclear® toric XR lenses provide vision correction for people needing more power.
  • Presbyopia: Proclear® multifocal contact lenses correct vision at more than one distance, which is great for those with presbyopia. These lenses are made with CooperVision’s Balanced Progressive Technology®, which tailors multiple zones of correction to your prescription needs. Proclear® multifocal XR contacts extend the available range of power.
Yes, Proclear® Toric and Proclear® Toric XR contacts are both monthly contacts available in 6-packs. You wear them during the day and remove them before going to sleep, but you can rewear them for up to 30 days. Be sure to follow your eye doctor’s recommended wear schedule and care regimen.
Proclear® 1 Day contacts are daily disposable lenses meant to be worn during the day and discarded before going to sleep. Proclear® 1 Day multifocal contacts are daily lenses for people (such as those with myopia and presbyopia) needing more than one prescription strength for clear vision at multiple distances.
