Biofinity® contacts have a sphere power ranging from +8.00 to -12.00 diopters, whereas Biofinity® XR contacts can correct more severe vision issues—their sphere powers range from +8.50 to +15.00 diopters, and -12.50 to -20.00 diopters.
Biofinity® Energys correct nearsightedness and farsightedness with the same range of powers as other Biofinity® lenses. They also feature a lens design that reduces stress on the eye caused by regular viewing of digital devices.

As well as correcting for near- and farsightedness, Biofinity® Toric contacts correct vision in people with astigmatism. Biofinity® XR Toric lenses are meant for eyes with more severe astigmatism, and have cylinder powers ranging from -0.75 to -5.75.
