First time visiting and was very impressed by the customer service - Edward was great. The efficiency of choosing frames, the speed with which the prescription will be filled and most importantly, the price. My son chose 2 frames for his prescription lenses and we should have them within 10 days.

Wonderful and efficient experience finding new frames here. They have a well organized selection, and I received outstanding and knowledgeable assistance - with no pressure. Went in to browse, found a frame right away and left having made a purchase. I am picky about my glasses and never found frames so quickly before.

I shopped today for the first time at Warby Parker's in Greensboro, NC. The store is welcoming and filled with an array of a variety of eyeglass frames. They range from inexpensive to moderate and expensive. The salesperson who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I recommend Warby Parker highly.

I’ve worn Warby Parker glasses for years but now that there’s a store near me, I’m even more of a fan! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found a new style that I love (but would never have picked on my own!) and the check out process was simple.

When things seem too good to be true, they probably are. While all staff appeared efficient and friendly, that is simply to mask sharp selling practices. I was offered a free pair of single vision sunglasses with my order of new glasses with progressive lenses. However, when my sunglasses arrived, they had non-prescription lenses. When I called customer service, they told me it would cost another $100 to get the lenses I thought had been ordered at no cost. When I revisited my order, the sunglasses showed as non-prescription and cost $95. I'm sure the store will say this was either a 'miscommunication' or 'misunderstanding'. It was neither. I had a long discussion with the representative about the type and color of the lenses. During the conversation, I pressed repeatedly for confirmation regarding the free sunglasses and received that confirmation. I was measured for both sets of glasses by a second associate, something you wouldn't expect unless they were ordering prescription lenses. The whole incident resulted in the cancelation of my whole order when customer service would not make things right. Ultimately, if you value honesty and integrity, you should look elsewhere.
