Like many others who have shared their positive and wonderful experiences, I’m here to add yet another 5 star review! I work at a school with students diagnosed with autism and had an unfortunate turn of events when one of my students bent my glasses out of shape. I was extremely fortunate to come across Dylan who was very helpful and able to repair the metal hinge that was bent out of shape as well as the arm of the glasses, with no charge!

My first experience with Warby Parker was exceptional. Dylan was very well-versed and professional. The store was clean, organized, welcoming, and had a good selection of frames. I was shocked at the low price point and ease to order my glasses. Thanks for exceeding my expectations, Dylan! I highly recommend Warby Parker.

I never wore glasses until age 45, during Covid with a mask. The fog was not fun. I’ll get contacts! Well. This review is about Marc, the sweetest most patient young guy in the whole world. It took me almost an HOUR to successfully remove the lenses that the optometrist so easily slid into my eyes. The next hour was me trying and FAILING with mascara running down my face. Marc kindly made suggestions on where I was going wrong. I felt so stupid and silly but he just kept telling me I was going to catch on. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I tried again only to assume that I lost a contact in one eye. The Doctor applied drops to both eyes, even flipped my eyelids up. No contact lenses. I was assured that this was not unusual. I was not charged for this visit but I would have happily paid for the Doctor’s reassurance. Can I tell you how much I love my Warby Parker frames??? I will be back for sunglasses. And I know the other two team members there will be just as happy for me and help me choose my new sunglass frames as well. The whole staff are above and beyond friendly and kind. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Marc. I’m excited to come back for prescription sunglasses. They have so many fashionable styles.

James was the one who welcomed and accommodated what I want and he is very knowledgeable in what he do, he helped me to find the glasses that would suit & fit me well.

Great customer service and got my contacts in time!

I came to this location after one of my very good friends boasted about the customer service, the wide range of frame options and their price points. When I walked in, I was graciously greeted by everyone but helped specifically by the manager, Stacey. I explained what I was looking for and she picked out a few options which were, in the end...incredibly hard to chose from. I am very picky when it comes to my glasses. Stacey had the patience of a saint and listened to all of my wants and needs. Such a great experience! I will from now on only go to this Warby Parker location for my optical needs. I would also like to point out how friendly EVERYONE else is there. WONDERFULLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT! Kudos! So excited for my Maren frames to arrive!

I had an amazing experience at the Warby Parker store in Bishop Ranch in Saratoga. I got better care than in most optometrists offices... Trish spent a lot of time helping me select my frames... The store is clean and centrally located.. Great experience at great pricing as well.

The two gentlemen that helped me today were excellent, very knowledgeable, I will continue to come back to this location.
