This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

The staff is not welcoming. I was disappointed by the customer service. I don’t expect super friendly, but they weren’t interested in helping me out. Perhaps I went on an off-day?

My wife went here for her glasses and said I should go as well. A little far for me - almost an hour away but she works in White Plains - so made a Saturday morning appointment. When we got there early they took is right in. The optometrist was great and the exam was super quick. Then it was time to pick out frames. The selection was huge and we drove our poor associate Sky crazy by going back and forth on picking one. But Sky was awesome and she finally got us to a decision. Glasses came in the mail and fit perfectly. I used to use My Eye Doctor and then Americas Best. No more. I am a Warby Parker costumer for life.

I had the most wonderful experience with Xiomara - the manager and optician, and Destiny and Tristan - two members of the sales team.
I received blue tortoiseshell glasses. They were in a pattern I didn't like. Xiomara asked Destiny to bring every extra pair they had out from the back. Out of the five pairs, we found my favorite one. They gave me this pair and it made me so happy. While the new glasses were getting cleaned, Destiny took down my information. My visit was efficient and now, I'm getting compliments every day because of my glasses.
My new glasses did not fit properly. Xiomara took the time to fine tune the glasses for about 15 minutes. She made them perfect for my face. Now, I have beautiful glasses that fit like a glove.
Finally, I got a new prescription and required new frames. I came back to the store and Tristan walked me through a refund for my previous lens. I'll be coming into the store soon to replace the frames, no charge.
This is the experience that WE, as customers, deserve as we are shopping for new glasses. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I feel more confident, thanks to Xiomara, Destiny and Tristan.
